We had an amazing time attending this year’s Women Business Leaders Forum, hosted by the New Jersey Business & Industry Association (NJBIA), at Ocean Place Resort & Spa in Long Branch!
Though it may have been a women’s conference, a few men of Integris came along to learn and show support — including President/CEO of Integris, Rashaad Bajwa, and Senior Managed Services Account Executive, Kevin Vitale. The theme of this year’s conference was “Owning Your Success” which is relevant to all people in the workforce, women and men alike.
The forum was split off into tracks based on your professional level to provide guidance for those at different stages in their career. Some topics that were explored were Creating Your Personal Brand with Confidence, Is Emotional Intelligence A Leader’s Secret Weapon?, and Asking for Forgiveness, not Permission. Our Marketing Director, Adel Strauss, served on the panel discussion for the topic Learning to Lead.
